On the afternoon of October 16, 2026, the Ricons Trade Union, in collaboration with relevant departments, organized a visit to the Site Management Board of the Waterpoint Nam Long project cluster.
The program was attended by Ms. Nguyen Thi Quynh Du 鈥� Chairwoman of the Trade Union, representatives from the Technical Construction Department, MEP Technical Department and Safety Department, along with members of the Trade Union Executive Committee.

The visit provided an opportunity for the Trade Union and relevant departments to meet with the project team, listen to their sentiments and expectations, as well as offer encouragement and motivation so that everyone can work with greater confidence and continue fulfilling their responsibilities. Sincere words of encouragement and warm conversations helped strengthen the connection between the office and construction sites, allowing the site teams to feel the Company鈥檚 care and continued support.

Upcoming site visits will provide further opportunities to strengthen connections among project teams and spread the spirit of teamwork throughout the Ricons family.
