On the morning of August 20, 2026, nearly 80 new employees across Southern and Northern Vietnam participated in the Leadership Meet-and-Greet and Onboarding Programme, organised by Ricons鈥� Human Resources Management Department. The programme provided an opportunity for new team members to connect directly with the Company鈥檚 leaders, gain deeper insights into Ricons鈥� culture and shape their career paths within the organisation.
In Southern Vietnam, the programme was attended by Mr. Tran Quang Quan 鈥� Strategic Advisory Board; Mr. Tran The Phuong 鈥� Operations Director; and Mr. Le Phong Vu 鈥� Human Resources Management Director. In Northern Vietnam, Mr. Nguyen Hieu 鈥� General Director听personally met with the new employees and took part in an open and engaging discussion.

In a welcoming and open atmosphere, Ricons鈥� leaders shared the Company鈥檚 development direction, corporate culture and the core values that define its identity.
