On October 7, 2026, Ricons, in collaboration with the Developer, Nam Long, and relevant parties, successfully held the topping-out ceremony for the Solaria Rise High-Rise Residential Development at Waterpoint. The event marked the completion of the project鈥檚 superstructure works and its official transition into the finishing stage.
Located at the heart of Waterpoint Township, Solaria Rise is jointly developed by Nam Long and its strategic partner Nishi Nippon Railroad (Japan). Spanning approximately 3.1 hectares, the project comprises four residential towers and provides nearly 700 units, creating a modern living environment in harmony with the green ecosystem of Waterpoint.
At the project, Ricons serves as the General Contractor, responsible for structural, finishing and MEP works for the foundation and superstructure, as well as technical infrastructure and internal landscaping works.
The topping-out milestone reflects the close coordination and dedicated efforts of the Developer, development partner, contractor and all parties involved in the project. In the next phase, Ricons will continue to work closely with all parties and focus its resources on maintaining strict control over Safety 鈥� Quality 鈥� Progress, working towards the goal of bringing Solaria Rise to completion as scheduled.
