Imperia Signature Co Loa is a mixed-use development comprising commercial, office and residential components, developed by MIK Group in Dong Anh Commune, Hanoi. At the project, Ricons is responsible for structural works for the basements and superstructure, waterproofing and heat insulation, masonry and finishing works, installation of the grounding and lightning protection system, as well as MEP provisions.
Currently, structural works at Imperia Signature Co Loa 鈥� HH3 are being accelerated, with construction progressing to Level 22.
In the coming period, the Site Management Board will continue to accelerate construction while maintaining strict control over schedule and quality, targeting the project鈥檚 topping-out milestone as planned.
