Following the successful completion of two transfer beam concrete pours at Tower B, on September 24, 2026, the The Gio Riverside Site Management Board successfully completed the third transfer beam concrete pour at Tower A2, marking another significant milestone that demonstrates the project’s strong construction progress and quality.
Impressive figures:
– Concrete volume: Up to 2,300 m³.
– Construction duration: Continuous execution over 12 hours, with 6 primary concrete pumps and 2 standby pumps mobilized.
– Manpower: More than 50 personnel from the Site Management Board and relevant departments, together with over 160 workers and engineers from subcontractors and suppliers.
– Scale: The transfer beam measures 2.5 m in height and incorporates nearly 600 tonnes of reinforcement steel.
– Temperature control: Concrete delivery temperature was maintained below 32°C. Temperature sensors were installed to monitor the internal temperature of the mass concrete, followed by thermal insulation after the pour.
Immediately following this milestone, the The Gio Riverside Site Management Board is accelerating preparations for the fourth transfer beam concrete pour, scheduled for October 2026.
