As of March 2026, Elysian project, developed by Gamuda Land, is being actively carried out by Ricons in line with the planned schedule. As the General Contractor, Ricons is focusing resources on key construction activities, ensuring the project meets the core criteria of Safety 鈥� Quality 鈥� Schedule.

Construction Progress Update:

• Four residential towers (A, B, C, D) and the basement: Finishing works and large-scale MEP (Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing) installation are currently underway.
• Landscape areas on Levels 1 and 2: Waterproofing works are in progress, gradually transitioning into the finishing stage.
• Internal road infrastructure: Underground infrastructure works are currently being implemented.

According to the plan, the project is expected to be handed over in two phases, by the end of 2026 and in the first quarter of 2027.
