On March 18, 2026, Ricons officially commenced construction of the Brotex (Vietnam) Colored Yarn Manufacturing Plant 鈥� Phase 4 at Phuoc Dong Industrial Park, Gia Loc Ward, Tay Ninh Province.
This project marks the continued trust of the Investor 鈥� Brotex (Vietnam) Co., Ltd. 鈥� in awarding Ricons the contract, further strengthening the long-standing and sustainable partnership between the two parties for more than a decade.
The Brotex (Vietnam) Colored Yarn Manufacturing Plant 鈥� Phase 4 is developed on a site area of 3.5 hectares. In this phase, Ricons acts as the Design & Build (D&B) contractor, delivering a comprehensive scope of works including structural construction, finishing, mechanical, electrical and plumbing (MEP) systems, water supply and drainage, as well as internal infrastructure.
The integrated execution of these packages requires strong overall project management capabilities and extensive experience in industrial construction鈥攃ore strengths that Ricons has consistently demonstrated across numerous industrial projects throughout its 20 years of establishment and development.
Throughout Brotex鈥檚 expansion journey in Vietnam, Ricons has partnered in delivering multiple previous phases, contributing to the completion and expansion of Phuoc Dong Industrial Park in Tay Ninh Province. The project has generated stable employment opportunities for thousands of local workers while contributing to regional socio-economic growth.
