Over five consecutive days and nights, from March 14 to 18, 2026, Ricons, in collaboration with SOL E&C, successfully completed the concrete pouring for five pit foundation caps at the Sun Feliza Suites project (Hanoi), with a total volume of up to 7,800 m鲁. This is one of the most complex structural components of the project, requiring absolute precision, synchronized execution, and close coordination among all parties to ensure Safety 鈥� Quality 鈥� Schedule.
The pit foundation caps reach a height of up to 6.9 meters, with pit depths of 5 meters, demanding continuous construction under stringent technical conditions. More than 300 engineers and workers were mobilized, executing the works with a high level of responsibility while strictly adhering to technical and safety procedures.
With strong determination and joint efforts from the Site Management Board of Ricons and SOL E&C, along with the close coordination of the Developer 鈥� Sun Group, the Project Management Unit, and project partners, the milestone has been completed on schedule, ensuring the highest standards of quality and safety.
