On the morning of March 12, 2026, Ricons, together with Newtecons and SOL E&C, officially commenced The 3/2 Boulevard Urban Area Project located in Ward 10 and Ward 11, Vung Tau City (commercial name: Blanca City) under the package for structural construction and rough finishing of the high-rise buildings OCC1, OCC2, DV2.1, DV2.2, DV2.3 and DV2.4.
Blanca City project is developed by Sun Group and is located in the central area of Ward 10 and Ward 11, Vung Tau City. The project boasts a prime location with two frontages: one along 3/2 Boulevard, the city鈥檚 main arterial route, and the other facing Bai Sau Beach, the most beautiful and vibrant beach in Vung Tau. Spanning 96.6 hectares, the project is expected to become one of the largest model urban developments in Vung Tau, Ho Chi Minh City, and the Southern region.

Blanca City is planned as a model coastal 鈥渁ll-in-one鈥� urban development, integrating three pillars: living 鈥� resort 鈥� entertainment. Residents will enjoy a comprehensive ecosystem of amenities, including the largest beachfront shopping mall in Vietnam, a chain of high-end hotels, and a nearly one-kilometer private beach, a feature appearing in Vung Tau for the first time.
Within this project, Ricons has been entrusted by the developer to construct two towers under the 鈥淥CC2 High-Rise Residential Package鈥� (Tower 5 and Tower 6). The two towers will have 36 and 40 floors respectively, with three basement levels, providing 1,100 residential units. Ricons will carry out the structural construction and rough finishing works for Towers 5 and 6.
