From the very beginning of Q1/2026, training activities at Ricons have been taking place actively, reflecting the Company鈥檚 strong commitment to enhancing professional capabilities and standardizing technical resources across the organization. On the morning of March 14, 2026, at the Ricons Head Office in Ho Chi Minh City, Ricons Training Center officially held the opening ceremony for the training program titled 鈥�BIM Application in Finishing Shop Drawings鈥�.
According to the training curriculum, participants will progressively explore key topics ranging from project setup fundamentals and structural beam鈥搒lab positioning to specialized finishing works such as wall construction, plastering, tiling, and floor screeding, along with final review and assessment sessions. The program is designed with a strong focus on practical application, enabling participants to gradually master the process of developing finishing shop drawings on the BIM platform.
Through this training program, several key objectives are targeted:
