Every completed milestone brings Victoria Village closer to completion.
As of September 10, 2026, more than 800 apartments have been officially handed over to customers by Ricons.
Alongside the progress of apartment handovers, key facilities serving the project鈥檚 operations and residents鈥� daily lives have also been completed:
鈻笍 Basement B1聽has been handed over to the developer and officially put into operation.
鈻笍 The swimming pool on the 3rd floor聽has been completed and officially put into use.
Ricons is working towards completing the handover of the remaining apartments to the Developer within September, marking another significant milestone in Ricons鈥� journey of accompanying Novaland in delivering large-scale residential developments.
