Entering March 2026, projects implemented by Ricons across the country are being accelerated with a strong sense of urgency and focus, ensuring Safety 鈥� Quality 鈥� Progress in accordance with the planned schedule.

At the HH1 high-rise mixed-use building project, part of the Golden Palace A Entertainment Park, School and Residential 鈥� Commercial 鈥� Service Complex (The Matrix One 鈥� Phase 2) in Hanoi, construction activities are being carried out simultaneously across multiple work packages.

Construction progress update 鈥� The Matrix One Phase 2:

• HH1-1 Tower: Structural works have reached Level 29
• HH1-2 Tower: Structural works have reached Level 24
• Finishing works: Currently progressing up to Level 22

The Site Management Board is focusing on resources and accelerating construction progress while strengthening quality control across each work package to ensure the project fully meets technical standards and maintains strict safety management throughout the construction process.
