On January 21, 2026, Ricons, together with companies within the ecosystem including Newtecons, SOL E&C, BM Windows and BOHO, signed a Strategic Cooperation Agreement for the 2026 academic year with Ho Chi Minh City University of Technology and Education (formerly Ho Chi Minh City University of Technical Education).

The event not only marks a new milestone in the partnership between the ecosystem companies and the university but also clearly reflects Ricons鈥 long-term strategy in building and developing high-quality human resources.

In line with the growth plans of Ricons and its ecosystem companies, as well as the expansion of business activities, the demand for both the quantity and quality of engineers and technical experts has become increasingly urgent. Ho Chi Minh City University of Technology and Education is recognized by Ricons as one of the leading institutions for technical training, known for its well-structured curriculum, strong practical orientation, and a pedagogical foundation that equips students with effective communication skills, professional conduct, and a strong sense of responsibility.
In fact, many members of Ricons鈥 management team鈥攊ncluding Project Directors, Construction Managers, Department Heads, and Senior Engineers鈥攁re alumni of the university, having been trained with a strong focus on professional expertise, practical skills, and professional ethics.
Under the: 2026 academic year cooperation framework, the ecosystem companies and the university agreed to implement three key initiatives:
- Internship programs for final-year students from the Faculties of Civil Engineering, Automotive & Power Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, and Electrical & Electronics Engineering
- Career orientation seminars and site visits to construction projects
- Scholarship sponsorships and support for the university鈥檚 academic competitions
